Official Skill Changes List



- Multiplier buffs may not properly show on your range, but will apply properly in your final damage.
- Critical multiplier buffs multiply both your maximum and minimum critical damage.
- All damage is halved, but enemy HP is also halved.
- Buff duration applies to buffs you give to party members. However, it does not work on beginner skills, runes, Hyper Skills and soul weapons.

Dice Roll skills - Level 200+ characters cannot roll a 1 or 2, and Double Down always occurs for classes that have it, and max level characters cannot roll a 6, and if you have over 500k HP, you cannot roll a 3, and if you have over 100% critical, you cannot roll a 4
Decent Mystic Door - Magic Rock requirement removed
Damage over Time (DoT) skills - Includes critical rate and average critical damage in the damage

Beginner classes

After level 200, you get a nameless skill in your Beginner Tab. This skill gives a buff that doubles your attack count, gives you 0.7x damage. It is an ON/OFF skill.

Every 1-5 levels from level 70 to 250, a new skill will be obtained.
Custom Hypers are also available for these classes, and vary between the beginner classes.

Warring States Manifesto - 7 second cooldown

Hero
-----------
After level 200, you get a nameless skill in your Beginner Tab. This skill gives a buff that doubles your attack count, gives you 0.7x damage. It is an ON/OFF skill.

Panic - adjusted to take 5 orbs maximum, duration lowered, chance to activate increased to 100% at max level
Raging Blow, Rush - Gives a darkness effect when not in Enrage
Enrage - removed damage, critical rate and minimum critical damage buff
Valhalla - Duration unlimited, cooldown removed, ATT removed, adds 2.2x multiplier, status resistance changed to 30%, adds 45% critical rate, 30% maximum critical damage and 50% minimum critical damage, +1 attack speed
Booster - Gives 1 more weapon speed
Self Recovery - Heals 1.5% HP, 2% MP at max level

Paladin

Divine Shield - ATT moved to Parashock Guard

Smite Shield - Cooldown changed to 30 seconds
Blast - Duration unlimited
Heaven's Hammer - Cooldown divided by 3

Dark Knight

F/P Archmage

Flame Haze - Damage over Time, speed debuff and untouchable debuff removed, cooldown reduced to 5 seconds
Paralyze - Damage over Time stacks twice, speed debuff and untouchable debuff added
Infinity - Gives more Stance (100% at all levels)
Ifrit- Infinite duration, +20% status resistance, 10% magic attack, +15% critical rate
Booster - Gives 2 more weapon speed
Arcane Aim - 1.8x critical multiplier on mobs, 2.0x on bosses
Megiddo Flame - When this is on cooldown, when using any attack, has a 33% chance to spawn Megiddo Flame on affected enemies
Meteor Shower - When on cooldown, 100% process rate for attack

I/L Archmage

Chilling Step - +40% process rate (100% at max level) and 30 seconds duration
Infinity - Gives more Stance (100% at all levels)

Blizzard - When on cooldown, 100% process rate for attack
Lightning Sphere, Chain Lightning, Blizzard (final attack) - Contributes to freezing stack

Chain Lightning - 400% DoT at master level, gives a 30% M.DEF debuff
Booster - Also increases weapon speed further by 2 stages
Freezing Crush - All stacks occur at once

Bishop

Big Bang - defense ignore removed; charge removal buff duration tripled
Infinity - Gives more Stance (100% at all levels)

Arcane Aim - 2.4x critical multiplier, gives 50% defense ignore

Bowmaster

Night Lord

Booster - Increases attack speed by 1 more
Veil of Shadow - Cooldown changed to 15 seconds
Steal - Adds the buff automatically for bosses

Unity of Power - Duration tripled, gives all stacks at once (only applied to level 225+ characters)

Corsair

True Sight - Replaced with a buff that gives the mob debuff for any given attack you do

Blaze Wizard

Luminous

KMS system of Light and Darkness. There is no cooldown on changing modes, but you cannot control it; it changes modes for you when you use a certain affinity's skills.
Increased gauge increments when you attack more enemies.

Lunar Tide - Conditions changed (you get critical rate if you have less than 80% critical rate without the buff, damage otherwise)
Morning Star - Cooldown removed
Booster - Increases attack speed by 3 more
Dark Crescendo - Increases count based on how many mobs were hit
Arcane Pitch - Gives 3.2x critical, 40% M.ATT and 10% critical rate

Demon Slayer

Dark Metamorphosis - Gives Damage % changed to Attack %, 1.9x damage, 20% maximum/minimum critical damage, 30% critical rate
Carrion Breath - DoT multiplied by 2, gives +120% total damage when used
Booster - +1 attack speed
Leech Aura - Heals every 5 seconds instead of every 15
Black-hearted Strength - Status resistance halved (30% at max level)

Demon Avenger

After level 200, you get a nameless skill in your Beginner Tab. This skill gives a buff that doubles your attack count, gives you 0.7x damage. It is an ON/OFF skill.
HP calculation for damage can go above HP cap; look at this HP in check command
All Stat % from Flames of Reincarnation and potential as well as Link Skills also apply to HP, but only to damage.
Sources that give more +STR than +HP (equipment, abilities, cards, etc.) will have the difference made up by giving to HP damage.

Ward Evil - Status resistance halved (30% at max level)
Overload Release - Unlimited duration, gives 15% max and min. critical damage
Booster - +2 attack speed
Overwhelming Power - Damage changed to ATT %
Nether Shield - At any time, your other Exceed attacks have an 16% chance to spawn two Nether Shields only on affected enemies

Battle Mage

Condemnation - Every hit on a boss increases the counter, cooldown between hits removed
Battle Rage - Does not lower amount of mobs hit
Battle Master - Gives 1.6x critical, 90% element reset, +6 attack count to Blow skills, duration unlimited

Kanna

At level 200, a skill is gained: Frozen Advent, with cooldown divided by 3
Mana regeneration quadrupled for level 200+ characters. Max MP is equal to two times level at level 200+.
Fans are equipped in the secondary weapon slot and have all their potentials working.

Haku's Blessing (4th) - Gives M. Attack for both your fan and Haku's fan, grants additional 35% M.ATT, 20% critical rate, 2.5x critical, +25% status resistance, +100% element reset
Wrath of the Unseen - Gives 20% more Stance (100% total)
Booster - Gives 2 more attack speeds
Mighty Shikigami Blessing - Duration unlimited
Blossom Barrier - +50 seconds of duration
Shikigami Charm, Falling Sakura, Blossom Barrier, Demon's Fury - Cooldown removed

Ayame

A Warrior-Pirate hybrid that wields common weapons, two-handed axes or two-handed blunt weapons, as well as shields.
You get 1 SP per 5 levels, but that 1 SP is enough to max a skill.
You can view skills, link skills and Hyper Skills by allocating SP to any skill. All active skills will be in the Beginner Tab.

Gunflower Blossom - Ultimate Range - cooldown divided by 3
Gunflower Blossom - Ice - cooldown set to 8 seconds
Iron Flower Gun - Mysterious Burst - cooldown changed to 15 seconds, delay every 8 hits
Cleansing Ring - Cooldown decreased every level (180 sec, 135 sec, 108 sec, 90 sec)
Overdrive Ring - Duration increased every level (9 sec, 14 sec, 21 sec, 30 sec)


Mihile
-----------

Knight's Watch - Cooldown changed (90 seconds for level 2, 0 for level 3), duration changed (135 seconds for level 2, unlimited for level 3)
Stance - Gives more Stance (100% at level 30)
Roiling Soul - Unlimited duration, cooldown removed, hits 10 monsters, +20% critical rate more, increased minimum critical to 30%, also gives 30% maximum critical damage
Radiant Charge - 2.0x damage, unlimited duration, +3 attack speed, Damage changed to ATT %
Four-Point Assault - Chance to debuff tripled
Radiant Blast - Gives darkness effect at the same rate as Stun, chance to debuff tripled
Self Recovery - Heals 3% HP, 0.9% MP at max level
Sacred Light - Cooldown divided by 12

Kaiser
-----------
Final Form - Booster effect increased, duration increased, damage removed, critical rate given to Catalyze
Catalyze - Damage % changed to Attack %, gives 100% stance, gives 1.5x damage

Angelic Buster

Iron Blossom - Gives 100% stance
Affinity Heart IV - Gives 1.2x multiplier, Damage % changed to Attack %
Trinity - Stacks damage twice as much, first hit has a doubled chance to activate Soul Seeker Expert
Finale Ribbon - Cooldown decreased by 15 seconds
Supernova - Cooldown decreased by 30 seconds
Melody Cross - Gives 3 more attack speeds
Soul Seeker - Delay removed, increased success rate to recreate
Soul Seeker Expert - Does not have a damage reduction

Zero
-----------
The character starts at level 10 (instead of 100) and is able to use a red, weaker version of the Moon Strike combo (as either character) with the basic attack, for no cost. You get 280 STR at level 10 but you don't gain any AP until level 54.

Alpha/Beta gets half the status resistance from Solid Body, but it will say otherwise in the stats window.

Immune Barrier, Rhinne's Blessing (Link Skill) - Does not protect against OHKO skills
Immune Barrier, Divine Leer, Critical Bind, Armor Split, Time Generator - EXTERNAL EFFECTS are applicable as both characters, but has half chance to activate (passive effects are NOT shared)
Critical Bind - Bind effect removed, but critical rate and critical damage debuff on monsters applies for both Alpha and Beta
Divine Speed, Divine Force - Now stack with each other, +3 attack speeds


Beast Tamer
-----------
Beast Tamers get +4 SP per level (level 10-200) and +7 SP per level (level 201-250)

Majestic Trumpet - Can be stacked up to 3 times in one spot
Purr Zone, Thunder Trail - Duration doubled
Meow Card (all) - Once you have points in Gold Meow Card, this activates Gold Meow Card instead, duration tripled
Bear Assault - Hits 10 monsters, gives 100% stance, lasts for unlimited duration, not removed upon changing animals, gives 2.4x critical, gives attack speed boost, +30% status resistance, +100% element reset
Razor Beak, Hawk Flock, Bird's Eye View, Raptor Talons - Not removed when you change animals, lasts for 15 minutes each
Three Point Pounce, Thunder Trail, Tornado Flight, Fishy Slap, Meow Card - Cooldown removed
Bro Attack - Changed to an ON/OFF skill, affects bosses, does not go away when changing form, tripled duration for summons, gives 2% total damage per leopard

Monster changes

- All monsters have increased defenses
- Pierce system: You can do additional damage to level 201-250 mobs and receive less damage from them if you increase your "Pierce" stat in check by accomplishing various things or accumulating certain bonuses. (Find out how to increase it in the Tips board in FM)

Also, there is no limit of 12 link skills; you can have as many as you like on one character. Linking also gives (or removes, if already given) the skill to all characters on the account.

Ultimate Explorers are available. Talk to Neinheart as a level 150+ revamped Cygnus Knight or Mihile.

All jobs require mastery books (except Beast Tamer and Ayame). Maple Warrior is not available within Epic Mastery Books or Mastery Book 20/30, and must be hunted. (You can use Maple Warrior 20/30 on any job except Novas who have their own Nova Warrior book)
